Refund and Returns Policy

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or replacement. A Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) number will be issued.
  • When requesting a refund, the returned product will be inspected upon arrival. We will issue a refund, less any shipping costs, restocking fees, damage to the product or any signs that the product was installed. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Please note that electrical components, such as FICM Power Supply units, Complete FICM, fuel injectors, ScanGauge, or Edge products, are NOT returnable.
  • To return a product, please send it back within 10 days of receiving your RMA, with the RMA number printed on the outside of the package. We will not accept any returns without the RMA number printed on the outside of the package or for any returns received past the 10-day deadline.
